My Story
As a dedicated Personal Trainer and Mental Wellbeing Coach, I specialise in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals while fostering a healthy, balanced mindset. By integrating physical training with mental wellbeing practices, I aim to create a holistic approach that supports sustainable progress in both mind and body.
I offer personalised workout plans that cater to a wide range of fitness levels, whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or enhance flexibility. You can also benefit from my 10-week wellbeing program, which aims to reduce mild to moderate symptoms of low mood and anxiety using mindfulness, stress management, and cognitive-behavioural techniques. This program aims to empower clients, boost self-esteem, and overcome mental barriers.

I am all about creating a long-term change and not a "quick fix" with 7 years in the fitness industry and a decade’s worth of experience in the mental health field. I am thoroughly aware of how challenging it can be to take that first step and prioritise your health and fitness around busy work schedules, children, and life in general. Together, we’ll work towards not just a fit body but also a balanced, confident, and healthy mind, ensuring lasting success on your fitness and wellness journey.
What does a Mental Health Coach do?
As a mental health coach my focus is on supporting individuals who want to improve their mental health and overall wellbeing, but unlike a therapist or counselor, I typically work with clients on non-clinical issues and everyday challenges. My approach is more goal-oriented, practical, and coaching-focused, helping individuals to better manage their mental health through actionable strategies and support.

​Mental health coaches are not licensed therapists or counselors and they do not treat mental health disorders, however as your mental health coach with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and training in Behavioural Activation & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) my focus is on providing motivation, structure, and practical tools to support individuals improve their overall mental well-being, helping clients manage significant events that occur in their life effectively.
What does a Personal Trainer do?
As a personal trainer (PT) I help individuals achieve their fitness goals by creating customized workout plans and providing guidance during workouts. I will assess your current fitness level, set realistic goals, and design exercise programs tailored to those goals. I will be there on the side line right next to you to motivate you and cheer you on no matter what your fitness goals, teaching you proper exercise techniques to prevent injury along your journey and offer advice on nutrition based on the Australian dietary guidelines and lifestyle changes to support overall health and fitness. As a PT I specialise in strength, high intensity, metabolic stress, flexibility and small group training.
